RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused an in the same condition that you received it with original labels and tags intact. It must not carry any odours, smoke, perfume etc.
Shoes must be in the original packaging. Please ensure shoes are tried on inside preferably on a carpeted area.
Any item received by us which does not meet these criteria, will be deemed unacceptable for return and sent back to the purchaser. Original postages costs and return postage costs will not be refunded.
Face masks, gift cards, earings are exempt from return.
To complete your return please enclose your name, address and order number.
Please enclose details of reason for return and your original method of payment.
If your item was purchased via our website you are eligible for a refund should you meet the Returns criteria.
We provide a free styling and fitting service therefore items purchased in store and returned in person, will be eligible for exchange or credit note only.
We will email to confIrm receipt of a return and a refund will be processed within 14 days of sending you our confirmation email.
Please note; if a voucher was used as payment any refund will be issued in voucher form only.
We are not responsible for any lost or missing returns therefore we recommend using a tracked or signed for service.
