Hello and welcome to our last update of 2022.

Like all businesses we have had a difficult year but I’m a glass half full (prefer it bubbling over ) type of girl so looking on the bright side we have lots to be thankful for. Family, friends , our health my amazing team and of course each and every one of you ….. our lovely customers who have supported us, not only through the last two difficult years but throughout all our years in business. You are our family too 2022 will see us celebrate our quarter century of trading !

I feel that’s something to celebrate and we really do hope we can enjoy a huge party with you all when we turn 25 I’m still as passionate about what we do as I was when I first stood behind the desk at Encore , so this evening I’ll be raising a glass to you all, wherever you are in the world and wishing you all a very Healthy and Happy New Year
